Mind and Body classes help you relax, strengthen, stretch, and improve flexibility. We offer Yoga and Mobility classes perfect for every interest and every fitness level!

Mind and Body Classes


The practice is mat-based and music-driven. We repeat one move per song to create sensation in the body and observe our thoughts. In any given class students can expect guided instruction and a carefully curated playlist to lead them through exercises they are familiar with such as—squats, jumping jacks, and burpees. Every movement has an alternate movement, so if jumping isn't for you, there are several alternatives to ensure the best class experience.



Yoga with a twist. Begin with a dynamic yoga sequence, ending with restorative yoga flow.


Stretch and Mobility

Stretch classes include a variety of methods to improve mobility, flexibility, balance, and postural awareness. Regular mobility training improves your general physical health and compliments your strength and cardio training by allowing you to access greater ranges of movement in all activities.

By participating in regular Stretch classes, you will learn about your own patterns of tension, and how to change them by reducing tightness in all the soft tissues. You will gain a deeper insight to yourself, your range of movement will increase, and you will be more relaxed. Most importantly, stretching is fun and feels fantastic!
